Booking
In order to uphold our cancellation policy, a valid credit card is required to schedule any service online, in person, or over the phone. Your card will not be charged at the time of booking, and deposits are not required at this time.
Notice of Credit Card Convenience Fee
Beginning January 1, 2026, Reprieve Spa will implement a 2% Credit Card Convenience Fee on all credit card transactions. This small fee helps us offset rising processing costs while continuing to deliver the exceptional, five-star experience you expect and deserve.
We will continue to gladly accept cash, check, debit, and gift cards fee-free. Thank you for your understanding and continued support.
Arrival
We kindly request that clients arrive 10 to 30 minutes before their scheduled services, ensuring ample time to check in and prepare for pampering. Upon arrival, you will be asked to remove your shoes and will be provided either spa sandals or gripper socks to wear throughout your stay. Please silence your cell phone before entering the spa area, as cell phone use is not permitted.
Late arrivals will be charged the full-service fee and are not guaranteed their full treatment time as we must remain on time for the remainder of our scheduled guests.
Intake Forms
All clients will be required to maintain an accurate intake form. Your initial appointment confirmation email will include a link to the digital form. Certain medications and health conditions contraindicate massage therapy and/or certain facial treatments, as well as the use of our infrared sauna and red light therapy. Therefore, you must be as transparent as possible. Intake forms will be kept on file for one-year, after which a new one must be completed.
Children & Minor Guests
To preserve a quiet and relaxing environment for all guests, children are not permitted in the spa unless they are receiving a scheduled service. Reprieve provides services to guests 14 years of age and older.
For guests under 18, a parent or legal guardian must complete and sign a minor consent form prior to treatment and remain on the spa premises for the duration of the appointment.
For massage and bodywork services provided to guests under 16, a parent or legal guardian must remain in the treatment room for the entire service. Reprieve reserves the right to require a parent or legal guardian to be present during any service provided to a guest under 18.
Intimate waxing services, Lymphatic Drainage Massage, Arctic Berry Peels, and Diamond Dermabrasion are available only to guests 18 year of age and older.
Pregnancy
Prenatal massage is available only after a client has reached her 12th week of pregnancy and a prenatal waiver must be
signed. Expectant mothers may enjoy a custom Eminence Organics facial, waxing services, or brow tinting anytime
during their pregnancy. All peels, high-frequency and red light therapy will cease until after delivery.
Cancellations
Please provide at least a 24 hour notice should you need to cancel or reschedule an existing appointment. If at least 24
hours of notice is not given, it can be very difficult to fill your slot. For this inconvenience, we must charge 50% of the
service fee. Any no call / no show or missed session that is not due to an excused emergency will be charged 100% of
the scheduled service fee. We understand that emergencies and illness will occur.

have experienced vomiting or diarrhea within 48 hours of your appointment, PLEASE cancel your
session. We promise to do the same! Inclement weather may also result in the need for late
cancellation. Please do not risk your safety trying to make an appointment! Late cancellation due to
emergency, illness, death of family or friend, or inclement weather will not result in missed session
charges.
Respect
Reprieve Spa is a place for therapeutic relaxation purpose only. There is absolutely no sexual component to any of our offerings whatsoever. Any insinuation, joke, gesture, conversation, or request otherwise will immediately terminate your session and include a refusal of any services in the future. You will be charged the full-service fee regardless of the length of your session.
