Policies
Booking
In order to uphold our cancellation policy, a valid credit card is required to schedule any service online, in person, or over the phone. Your card will not be charged at the time of booking, and deposits are not required at this time.
Arrival
We kindly request that clients arrive 10 to 30 minutes before their scheduled services, ensuring ample time to check in and prepare for pampering. Upon arrival, you will be asked to remove your shoes and will be provided either spa sandals or gripper socks to wear throughout your stay. Please silence your cell phone before entering the spa area, as cell phone use is not permitted.
Late arrivals will be charged the full-service fee and are not guaranteed their full treatment time as we must remain on time for the remainder of our scheduled guests.
Intake Forms
All clients will be required to maintain an accurate intake form. Your initial appointment confirmation email will include a link to the digital form. Certain medications and health conditions contraindicate massage therapy and/or certain facial treatments, as well as the use of our infrared sauna and red light therapy. Therefore, you must be as transparent as possible. Intake forms will be kept on file for one-year, after which a new one must be completed.
Children
Unless receiving services, children are not permitted in the spa. Reprieve will do bodywork on minors ages five and over and facials and waxing on minors over ten. A minor release form must be signed and dated by a parent or legal guardian for all treatments, and a parent or legal guardian must remain in the treatment room for any minor under 16 years of age. We reserve the right to request a parent or legal guardian be present for any minor under 18.
Pregnancy
Prenatal massage is available only after a client has reached her 12 th week of pregnancy and a prenatal waiver must be signed. Expectant mothers may enjoy a custom Eminence Organics facial, waxing services, or brow tinting anytime during their pregnancy. All peels, high-frequency and red light therapy will cease until after delivery.
Cancellations
Please provide at least a 24 hour notice should you need to cancel or reschedule an existing appointment. If at least 24
hours of notice is not given, it can be very difficult to fill your slot. For this inconvenience, we must charge 50% of the
service fee. Any no call / no show or missed session that is not due to an excused emergency will be charged 100% of
the scheduled service fee. We understand that emergencies and illness will occur.

have experienced vomiting or diarrhea within 48 hours of your appointment, PLEASE cancel your
session. We promise to do the same! Inclement weather may also result in the need for late
cancellation. Please do not risk your safety trying to make an appointment! Late cancellation due to
emergency, illness, death of family or friend, or inclement weather will not result in missed session
charges.
Respect
Reprieve Spa is a place for therapeutic relaxation purpose only. There is absolutely no sexual component to any of our offerings whatsoever. Any insinuation, joke, gesture, conversation, or request otherwise will immediately terminate your session and include a refusal of any services in the future. You will be charged the full-service fee regardless of the length of your session.
